Belly dance is a fun, empowering, and body positive dance form that encourages you to move in many ways while discovering several new muscles you never knew you had. All classes are open to people of various fitness levels and all ages from teens to seniors. No prior dance experience is necessary.
Note: I am hoping to return to in-person classes in the new year (Jan 2022) with some precautionary measures in place. For the safety of our entire community, all in-person participants will be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination with identification (just once). Masking may also be required.
